Arrangements for the 2008 Joint Session

The 2008 Joint Session of the Aristotelian Society and Mind Association will be held from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th July at the University of Aberdeen.

1. Booking arrangements.

All those wishing to attend must register through the Joint Session website at: http://www.abdn.ac.uk/jointsession2008

The Conference will be held at the Old Aberdeen Campus of the University of Aberdeen, where accommodation and meals will also be arranged. Further details will be sent upon registration.

2. Membership requirements for attendance

No one may attend the Joint Session who is not a member of either the Aristotelian Society or the Mind Association.

3. Conference volume

The invited papers presented at the Joint Session will be published beforehand as a Supplementary Volume by the Aristotelian Society. Members of the Society in categories 4 and 5 will receive the volume automatically. Members in other categories or members of the Mind Association will need to place an order. Cheque and credit/debit card payments are accepted. We cannot guarantee to fulfil orders received after 1 June 2008. For details, click here.

4. Future programmes

The Joint Committee will meet on Saturday 12th July to consider the programmes for future Joint Sessions. Members are invited to submit any suggestions for topics or speakers by 30th June. There is an online form for submitting suggestions here.
