(1) Includes attendance at the conference, refreshments, lunch, attendance at the conference dinner (11 July 08) and evening meals (12 & 13 July 08) but does not include accommodation.

(2) Only available for attendance at one day of the conference (12 or 13 July). Includes attendance at the conference, refreshments and lunch. DOES NOT INCLUDE attendance at conference dinner (11.07.08) evening meals (12 and 13 July 08) or accommodation.

(3) Includes lunch, conference dinner (11 July 08) and evening meals (12&13 July 08) but does not include attendance at the conference or accommodation. Please contact the Conference Organisers separately if you would like to register more than one accompanying person.
